Warehouse Manager

Euro Mechanical is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimise warehouse operations, with a key focus on inventory accuracy, workflow optimisation, and safety compliance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimising the WMS system and ensuring effective coordination between warehouse, logistics, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and improve KPIs: FIFO, OTIF, inventory accuracy, cost control.
• Coordinate with quality and logistics to streamline material flow.
• Lead risk mitigation efforts (HSE, loss, damage, theft, sabotage).
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Warehouse Manager in industrial operations, preferably in Oil & Gas within the UAE.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector in the UAE.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 IMS & WMS.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Six Sigma (CPIM, CSCP, CSCM) is a plus.
