Warehouse Manager – Industrial EPC | Abu Dhabi | WMS Transformation

We are supporting a leading EPC contractor in the UAE in their search for a Warehouse Manager to lead the operational transformation of their warehouse in ICAD, Abu Dhabi.

As part of a broader supply chain optimization strategy, this role will be responsible for:

• Driving the transition from manual operations to a fully digital WMS (Dynamics 365)
• Managing a mid-sized warehouse (≈600 m²) in a project-based, heavy industrial environment
• Leading stock accuracy, KPI tracking (FIFO, OTIF, shrinkage), and return flows via 3PL

Your profile:

• Min. 5 years of experience in warehouse leadership (industrial/O&G/steel preferred)
• Hands-on experience with WMS implementation, ideally Dynamics 365
• Fluent in English & Arabic, strong reporting & analytical mindset.
• Previous UAE experience mandatory (knowledge of suppliers, operational context)
• Able to manage teams with a directive, results-oriented style

Location: On-site, ICAD – Abu Dhabi

Salary: up to AED 21K/month (single contract)

Notice period: max. 1–2 months preferred

Relocation: Open to strong regional profiles
