Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 24 months - extendable based on project requirement

Work Schedule: On-site, 10-hour shifts

Single status

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• 16+ years of experience in the field
• Site experience is mandatory
• Experience with ADNOC on-site and ADNOC approval is highly preferred
• Maximum one month notice period
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management
• Experience working for oil and gas companies
• Knowledge of warehouse software like Maximo, SPIR, or in-house systems
• CICPA certification is required

Services Description:

• Supervise and manage receiving, inspection, marking, storage, and preservation of all materials and equipment with regular monitoring
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate records of codes, locations, and stock cards in the approved material management system
• Ensure tag numbers are assigned to equipment/materials
• Distribute information to respective departments
• Supervise issuance and control of stock materials
