Job summary

Maseera is seeking a capable Warehouse & Logistics Manager in the United Arab Emirates to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, procurement, and related logistics activities. You will oversee indoor and outdoor facilities, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient resource use and timely deliveries.

Focus on safety, security and environmental standards while supervising staff, optimizing layout, stock accessibility and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all indoor and outdoor warehouse and storage facilities.
• Supervise material receiving, loading, unloading, storage, handling and dispatch activities.
• Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in a safe and operational condition.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity and material accessibility.
• Coordinate maintenance of warehouse facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Job description

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory, procurement, logistics, fleet and associated facilities. The role ensures efficient resource utilization, accurate stock control and compliance with company safety, security and environmental standards while supervising warehouse personnel, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and driving operational improvements.
