Job summary

T. Choithram & Sons LLC is seeking a warehouse operator in Dubai to perform day-to-day warehouse tasks, including loading/unloading, processing deliveries, and handling related documents.

You will move goods from receiving to storage, stock items by location, and assist in delivering goods according to the trip sheet and schedule. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of stock and documents, reporting issues promptly, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment with organized shelves

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform day-to-day warehouse operational tasks.
• Experience with loading/unloading, deliveries and document handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor (loading/unloading, processing deliveries and handling relevant documents).
• Move received goods from receiving to storage areas and stock in proper locations.
• Assist in delivering goods to various locations per trip sheet and time schedule.
• Ensure accuracy of stock and documents; report issues to delivery coordinator or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment with organized shelves and pallets.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for performing day to day warehouse operational tasks assigned by supervisor relating to loading unloading processing deliveries and handling relevant document

KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

Obtain workload from storekeeper prioritize shipments as per the delivery schedule Arrange goods according to packing and delivery requirements and assist in loading unloading trucks Ensure received goods are moved from receiving area to the storage area and stocked in proper locations Should operate jacks and pallet scooters to place stocks on shelves racks adhering to the SKU and batch keeping policy Maintain highest level of accuracy and work ethics while handling stocks documents or cash Assist in delivering the goods to different locations by following the trip sheet and time schedule Immediately report about issues related to receiving or delivery to the delivery coordinator or the concerned In-Charge Return stocks are taken with proper checking packing in a way it has no damage while transportation Collect payment from customer for cash deliveries and deposit it with the authorized person promptly Keep the work environment safe and clean by keeping shelves pallets and working areas neat and clean

OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

To be able to work with different locations shifts including night shift The working environment is hazardous Care should be taken to avoid injuries The working environment is physically demanding of time such as working long hours working on weekends and holidays Responsible for performing day to day warehouse operational tasks assigned by supervisor relating to loading, unloading, processing deliveries and handling relevant document
