Job Description:

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement safety protocols tailored specifically for warehouse operations to minimize risks and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Investigate accidents and incidents promptly to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in warehouse safety culture.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of warehouse operations.
Maintain up-to-date records of safety training, incidents, and regulatory compliance for internal audits and inspections.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes related to warehouse safety to ensure best practices are followed.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations with a focus on health and safety management.
Proven track record of implementing effective safety programs in a warehouse setting.
Strong understanding of local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and influence diverse teams effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and make data-driven decisions.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus, especially in multicultural environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software or tools.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive and hands-on approach to safety management.
