ZMI Holdings is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control all movements by recording receipts and delivery notes.
• To log all goods received from suppliers into the inventory system.
• Ensure that the consumables database is updated regularly.
• To maintain the Inventory System to ensure optimum operation for all users.
• To assist all employees utilizing the Inventory System where necessary
• To ensure that Inventory System database is updated regularly.
• Service of equipment – to ensure that all internal issues and returns to be logged and any unserviceable equipment to be reported to the maintenance subcontractor and operations department.
• To maintain security of stores area by restricting access to the enclosed areas.
• Ensures security of containers being packed for exports.
• To contribute to team efforts by accomplishing all required tasks in a timely manner
• To ensure that stores are always kept neat & tidy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse/logistics coordination (preferably in the marine or offshore industry).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Computer skills, MS-Word, and MS-Excel
• Minimum 2 years of related experience handling the stocks and warehouse
