Job summary

Playful Palz Trading FZE in the UAE seeks a warehouse associate to receive, store and prepare stock for dispatch. You will pick, pack and label orders, ensure accurate counts, and support monthly stock takes while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates have up to 3 years of warehousing or e-commerce fulfilment experience, can lift and move stock, and communicate in basic English. UAE driving licence is a bonus; immediate joining within 2 weeks is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse, packing, store or e-commerce fulfilment (UAE experience preferred; freshers with a good attitude are welcome)
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing and moving stock
• Basic English or Hindi/Urdu/Arabic communication
• Careful, honest, punctual and well organised
• Able to use a smartphone or barcode scanner for scanning and basic stock updates
• UAE light-vehicle driving licence is an advantage
• Able to join immediately or within 2 weeks

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock check quantities and condition against delivery documents
• Store, label and organise products in the right locations
• Pick and pack online orders accurately and on time
• Prepare shipments for Amazon FBA and Noon FBN including labelling and carton packing
• Hand over parcels to courier partners and keep dispatch records
• Support monthly stock counts and report shortages or damages
• Keep the warehouse clean tidy and safe
• Support the team with general warehouse and office tasks when needed
