Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Dubai to manage daily warehouse tasks, stock handling, and order processing. You will prepare orders, process stock, and maintain safety and quality standards while coordinating with managers and teammates.

The role requires 1–3 years of storekeeping experience, a diploma, and readiness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or above
• 1–3 years of storekeeping experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Understanding of product specs and handling of items
• Working knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish storehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Obtain and process storage facility stock products
• Conduct stock controls and maintain quality standards for audits
• Perform supply controls and uphold quality standards for audits
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate with managers and coworkers
• Run and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Follow quality service criteria and company policies and laws
• Prepare and complete orders for shipping according to timetable
• Receive and process warehouse stock items (select, unload, label, store)
