Job summary

Landmark Auto S is seeking a Warehouse Manager support to supervise day-to-day operations in our spare parts warehouse in the UAE. You will assist planning, inbound/outbound activities, and supervise picking and packing to meet timelines.

The role requires 4–6 years of warehouse experience, a degree in logistics or related field, strong inventory control, and familiarity with SAP or ERP/WMS systems. English communication is essential, with additional language skills a plus for team handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in spare parts, automotive or fast-moving distribution strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and supervising daily warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking and outbound.
• Supervise, allocate and monitor the work of pickers, helpers and warehouse staff.
• Ensure accurate goods receiving, put-away, binning and location management of spare parts.
• Oversee order picking, packing and dispatch to meet accuracy and delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Support the use of the warehouse/ERP system (e.g. SAP) for stock movements and reporting.
• Enforce housekeeping, safety and 5S standards within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery and procurement teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Help train and develop warehouse staff and cover for the Warehouse Manager when required.
