Warehouse Assistant

A Warehouse Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations within a warehouse environment. 1. Receive incoming shipments and compare them with the accompanying documents.
2. Store received goods in designated storage areas following organizational standards.
3. Prepare and pack orders for delivery according to specific instructions.
4. Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
5. Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
7. Assist in conducting quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
8. Coordinate with other team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
9. Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
10. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while performing duties in the warehouse.

1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
3. Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
