Job Description

• Manage daily shipping workflow and warehouse operations
• Assign work orders and tasks to warehouse associates efficiently
• Maintain and update the daily shipping and receiving schedule
• Handle dispatch and respond to inbound truck and shipment orders
• Monitor open and closed sales orders and ensure invoice accuracy
• Categorize and track inventory levels and discrepancies
• Prepare and file documentation such as sales orders, invoices, packing lists, and productivity reports
• Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve order or delivery issues
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team for smooth operations
• Support operations team in fulfillment processes and quality control checks

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (2–3 years) in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory coordination
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Minimum 2–3 years in a warehouse/logistics coordination or similar role
