Job summary

AWJ in Dubai is expanding its hospitality team and seeks enthusiastic, service-driven Waiters and Waitresses who are passionate about guest experiences. You will play a central role in delivering warm, professional service across all guest touchpoints.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining the service area, upselling when appropriate, collaborating with the team, and handling guest concerns with a positive, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role (UAE experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, grooming standards, and professional behavior.
