Possesses full knowledge of the Menu and Beverage lists in your outlet, including all special promotions taking place in the hotel. Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods to answer any guest questions in an informative and helpful way.
Understands shift end reports, has knowledge of non-cash/cash transactions and procedures for depositing monies into safe or collecting due backs.
Understands how to operate all the equipment used in the outlet.
Fully understands and follows the hotel’s recycling program and procedures.
Actively participates in all health and safety procedures of the entire hotel.
Follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Carries out any miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as requested by your manager pertaining to total quality service delivered in the restaurant.
Follows the hotel’s telephone etiquette standards.
Performs other duties as required.
