A Waiter/ess at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City is responsible for serving beverages and food to guests, aiming to deliver outstanding guest service.

What will I be doing?

As a Waiter/ess, you will serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring excellent service and contributing to the hotel's profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Knowing menu items, promotions, and specials
• Taking orders and entering them into the point-of-sale system
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
• Keeping the serving station well-stocked
