Our client, a renowned hospitality establishment in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Waitress to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. You will interact directly with guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and attentive experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, noting all special requests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Upsell additional items such as desserts or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning tables.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be 54 inches in height.
• No visible tattoos.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service techniques.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, with split shifts.
• A valid UAE work permit is preferred (if applicable).
