• Role -Waitress
• Type - Permanent

• Working Days/Timings - 6 days working, Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items when requested
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen or bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal
• Check tables regularly to ensure cleanliness and timely service
• Clear used dishes and clean tables after guests leave
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with setting up the dining area before service and closing procedures after service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is preferred
