As a Waiter/Waitress, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service and making every guest feel welcome. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love working with people, this is your chance to shine!

Guest Service

• Greet guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations if requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, following timing and presentation standards.
• Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns in a friendly and timely manner.

Operational Duties

• Set up and prepare tables before service (e.g., silverware, napkins, condiments).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area throughout shift.
• Clear tables promptly and assist with resetting for the next guests.
• Operate POS systems to process payments and issue receipts.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

Teamwork & Communication

• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and fellow floor staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate any special guest requests or dietary requirements to the appropriate team.
• Support other staff during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
