The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality while upholding food safety and customer satisfaction; you will work with kitchen and service colleagues in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
• Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating concerns to the Restaurant Supervisor when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to company service standards.
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal.
• Clear used dishes and maintain table cleanliness.
• Prepare tables for new guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and assigned sections.
• Ensure tables are properly set before service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Refill condiments, cutlery, napkins, and other dining essentials.
• Process customer bills accurately.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments according to company procedures.
• Balance bills and ensure payment accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, cashiers, supervisors, and fellow team members.
• Assist colleagues during busy service periods.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Casual Dining Restaurants is preferred.UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
