We are seeking a dedicated and experienced waitress to join a private property. The ideal candidate must maintain high standards of attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive attitude to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of residents and their guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
2. Set up dining areas according to prescribed standards, including table arrangements and decoration.
3. Serve meals and drinks promptly, respecting personal preferences and dietary requirements.
4. Assist in planning and executing private events, gatherings, or dinners as requested.
5. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
6. Handle guest requests discreetly and promptly, maintaining professionalism.
7. Monitor inventory of dining and kitchen supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the House Manager or Head of Household.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar hospitality role; experience in luxury 5-star hotels is advantageous.
2. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service protocols, including etiquette for formal and casual dining.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of respectful interaction with residents, guests, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
4. Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
5. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
6. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
