We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to advance their careers.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Performing all tasks necessary to serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards.
2. Greeting and seating customers, serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
3. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests.
4. Consistently monitoring the quality of food & beverages served.
5. Practicing good customer relations and satisfactorily attending to customer complaints and queries.
6. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensuring proper upkeep of all service equipment.
7. Preparing all service-related tasks before, during, and after service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scène).
8. Ensuring minimal wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
9. Actively employing upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should hold a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, with prior experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. Proficiency in English and additional skills such as guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
