Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a hospitality professional to conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work, delivering courteous, creative, efficient and flexible service in line with Hyatt standards to maximize guest satisfaction. You will handle guest inquiries, report issues to supervisors, and ensure a thorough understanding of the Food & Beverage menu.

You should be fluent in English and Russian to communicate with a diverse guest mix.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant.
• Friendly, energetic approach and genuine hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Russian with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous, efficient guest service in a luxury hotel environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and report complaints to supervisors if needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage items on the menu.
• Recommend Food & Beverage pairings and upsell alternatives.

Summary

• To conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, creative, efficient and flexible service consistent with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas and Hyatt International Brand Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
• To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Food and Beverage items in the menu.
• Possess the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
• To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications

An ideal candidate should:

• Have prior experience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment.
• Possesses a friendly, energetic approach and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service.
• Be proficient (fluent) in both English and Russian, with strong communication skills.
