Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas, is seeking a guest services professional to greet guests, handle inquiries, and ensure high standards of service.

Ideal candidates have prior luxury hotel experience, fluency in English and Russian, and a friendly, energetic approach to hospitality. You will have knowledge of Food & Beverage items and will upsell recommendations.

Qualifications

• An ideal candidate should have prior experience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment.
• Possesses a friendly, energetic approach and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service.
• Proficient in English and Russian with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous, creative, efficient and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
• Have thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage items on the menu and be able to recommend pairings and upsell.
• Keep the place of work and surrounding area clean and organized at all times.

To conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, creative, efficientand flexible service consistent with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas and HyattInternational Brand Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.

To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Food and Beverage items in the menu.

Possess the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.

To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications
