What you’ll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• Be jointly responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Warmly greet guests, present the menu, recommend and upsell items through passion and knowledge to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Set up and prepare the outlet for service and pack down after service, supporting captains and team members to ensure equipment, beverage service, and table settings meet standards.
• Maintain immaculate outlet condition and adherence to service standards.
• Apply our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity to deliver outstanding service.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs within budgets, including beverage costs.
• Participate in daily pre-service briefs to stay informed of hotel happenings and upcoming service.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure immaculate presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance of restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, and fittings.
