Job summary

Radiant Hospitality Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join a close‑knit front‑of‑house team. You will greet guests, guide menu choices and ensure a welcoming and relaxed dining experience in a high‑touch service setting.

This role requires 2+ years in a busy restaurant, fluent English, and the right to work in the UAE. Benefits include housing and transport allowances, medical insurance, and opportunities for gratuities and service charges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high‑volume casual or upscale‑casual full‑service restaurant.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Right to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through the food and beverage offering.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen, and suggest specials.
• Deliver dishes to seats, explain dishes and components, check guest satisfaction.
• Handle special requests and guest allergies with care.
• Prepare and settle bills accurately, process payments and change.
• Maintain mise en place, cleanliness and floor awareness during service.
• Follow all food‑safety and hygiene standards; uphold grooming and presentation.

A fantastic opportunity with a celebrated, award-winning independent all‑day dining restaurant in Dubais creative arts district - a chef‑driven, boutique venue where food, warmth and personality matter as much as speed. We are recruiting an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join a close‑knit front‑of‑house team.

As the primary point of contact for guests, you will shape the dining experience from the first greeting to the final bill: reading the table, guiding menu choices, and making every guest feel welcome, important and relaxed. This is a hands‑on, high‑touch service environment where attention to detail and genuine hospitality are noticed on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through the food and beverage offering.
• Take food and beverage orders, place them accurately with the kitchen, and make confident recommendations and specials suggestions.
• Deliver dishes to the correct seat numbers, introducing each dish and its main components with detail; check back on guest satisfaction.
• Stay current on the menu, specials and any item shortages, and handle special requests and guest allergies with care.
• Prepare and settle bills accurately, take payment and return correct change.
• Maintain mise en place, cleanliness and floor awareness throughout service - set, clear and reset the section seamlessly.
• Follow all food‑safety and hygiene standards, and uphold grooming and presentation standards.
• Support colleagues, cover where service dictates, and help coach and train new joiners.
• Communicate guest feedback promptly to the manager to protect a positive, memorable experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high‑volume casual or upscale‑casual full‑service restaurant.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills, with confidence in upselling and strong food & beverage knowledge.
• Ability to stay calm, fast and accurate under pressure in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented, with a strong work ethic, reliability and a professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a hospitality diploma/degree is an asset.
• Must hold the right to work in the United Arab Emirates and be available in country.
• Salary: AED 5,000–6,500 per month (depending on experience), all‑in (basic AED 3,000–3,900, plus housing and transport allowances).
• Eligible for service charge and gratuities, plus an incentive for achieving the highest guest reviews.
• Medical insurance, duty meal, and uniform provided.
• Annual flight allowance (single status).

Additional Information

Immediate start. This is a full‑time role working 6 days per week, based in Dubai. Candidates must hold, or be able to obtain, the right to work in the United Arab Emirates; suitably experienced overseas candidates willing to relocate will be considered.
