Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions in Dubai is seeking a friendly Waiter Helper to assist the service team in a luxury dining environment. You will help keep tables prepared, stocked, and ready for guests, supporting waiters and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Experience is preferred but not required; basic English is essential and Arabic is a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, speed during busy service, and maintaining hygiene and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic to good English is required.
• Arabic or another language is an advantage.
• Friendly, polite, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and carry plates and trays safely.

Responsibilities

• Support the waiter with daily service duties.
• Prepare and maintain tables before and during service.
• Ensure plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, menus, and condiments are properly arranged.
• Provide and refill water for guests when required.
• Serve bread, condiments, and other supporting items.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery professionally and at the appropriate time.
• Clean and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
• Assist with serving food and beverages when required.
• Ensure the correct items are delivered to the correct table.
• Respond politely to guest requests and inform the waiter when assistance is required.
• Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with VIP guests, celebrations, large groups, and special events.
• Coordinate with waiters, food runners, kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams.

We are hiring a friendly, hardworking and service-oriented Waiter Helperto join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.

The successful candidate will support the waiters and service team by keeping tables clean, prepared, and fully stocked while helping ensure a smooth and professional dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the waiter with daily service duties.
• Prepare and maintain tables before and during service.
• Ensure plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, menus, and condiments are properly arranged.
• Provide and refill water for guests when required.
• Serve bread, condiments, and other supporting items.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery professionally and at the appropriate time.
• Clean and reset tables quickly for the next guests.

• Follow all hygiene, grooming, uniform, and service standards.
