Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-room service by accurately taking guest orders, preparing trays, and ensuring timely delivery and service standard.
• Set up in-room dining trolleys and maintain a discreet and courteous service at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, including dietary options, allergens, and daily specials, and offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Comply with Company Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations and procedures.
• Adhere to the Company disciplinary policy when necessary.
• Maximize revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training and motivational techniques.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented, and how Bar personnel are trained to possess this knowledge and apply it.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
