• Manage daily operations of the In-Room Dining area to ensure excellent guest service.
• Accurately take and process orders via phone or in person.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets standards.
• Set up and serve orders with attention to guest preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing personalized service.
