JOB SUMMARY
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Take and process orders accurately using the POS (Micros) system.
Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
Fluent in English and at least one additional foreign language.
Trained in HACCP and experienced with Micros POS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, well-organized, and guest focused.
