Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Waiter / Waitress – Casual Dining to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver warm, personalized service, present menus, take accurate orders, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest care.

The role requires 2+ years in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting, fluent English plus another language, and a professional, courteous demeanor consistent with Forbes standards. Competitive AED salaries and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant.
• Good knowledge of international/local cuisine and beverage preparation methods.
• Secondary school diploma or above.
• Fluent English and another language suitable for guest demographics.
• MS Office and POS software familiarity preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication and sales skills.
• Well groomed with excellent hygiene, friendly and polite.
• Team player who performs under pressure and adheres to standards.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan is currently seeking Waiter / Waitress – Casual Dining to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging, personalized dining experience.
• Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of all items.
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to outlet standards.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, attention to detail, and proper etiquette.
• Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special requests clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Adhere to Wynn grooming, uniform, and professional conduct standards.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines.
• Anticipate guest needs, check on satisfaction, and provide proactive service.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure all interactions reflect Wynn’s service philosophy and Forbes standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, side stations, and service equipment.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant
• Good product knowledge of international/local cuisine, beverages preparation methods.
• Secondary school diploma or above
• Fluent spoken English and one other language specified for restaurant guest demographics
• Knowledge of MS Office, POS Software will be preferred
• Customer service orientated, good communicator and interpersonal skills, good salesmanship
• Well-groomed with excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
