Scope and Objectives

This position involves serving food & beverages to guests according to service standards, policies, procedures, and etiquette, aligned with our motto.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials at all times.
• Be familiar with beverage service, including glasses used and appropriate garnishes.
• Anticipate and serve guests' requirements promptly.
• Use opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth venue operations.
• Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked during service.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally and unobtrusively.
• Proactively present menus to guests.
• Feel empowered and accountable within the workplace.
• Keep the manager on duty informed of guest feedback for updates on the Glitch Report.
• Maintain HACCP & FIFO standards as required by regional regulations.
• Follow hotel evacuation policies during emergencies.
• Attend all briefings and training sessions as instructed.
• Handle financial procedures according to finance department guidelines.
• Identify potential issues and anticipate guest needs, seeking assistance before breakdowns occur.
• Perform any additional duties or projects assigned by management, across departments if necessary.
• Report all issues and negative guest feedback properly via the glitch system.
• Follow the care program at all times, reporting issues through the system to maintenance.
