Job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable beach experience.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding and responding to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Complying with the grooming standards of the company.
  3. Extending a courteous, friendly, and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and thanking them as they depart.
  4. Making the seniors aware of all guest comments and complaints.
  5. Being thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures.
  6. Following specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabana stations.
  7. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas.
  8. Setting up the beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels, and ensuring that guests are provided with clean towels as needed.
  9. Folding and packing the umbrellas in the evenings.
  10. Following all policies and procedures of the hotel.
  11. Immediately reporting all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
  12. Maintaining safety of work areas at all times.
  13. Attending all mandatory meetings as directed.
  14. Performing other tasks as required/directed.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
1-3 years experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
Must be confident and proficient in spoken English.
