A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while having extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

What will I be doing?

As a Waiter/Waitress, your responsibilities include:

• Managing an efficient shift according to standards and regulations
• Gaining knowledge across all areas of supervision
• Ensuring all tables receive their drinks and food as requested
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Adhering to Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards
• Being knowledgeable about all menu items and able to recommend them
• Following company health, safety, and fire regulations
• Adhering to disciplinary policies when necessary
• Maximizing revenue through upselling and high service standards
• Having a thorough knowledge of beverages, their preparation, and presentation
• Meeting or exceeding drink profit margin targets
