Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Comply with the company's grooming standards.
  • Greet guests courteously and professionally upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
  • Communicate guest comments and complaints to senior management.
  • Be familiar with service standards and procedures.
  • Follow procedures to set up beach beds and cabanas stations properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the beach areas.
  • Set up the beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels; ensure guests receive clean towels as needed.
  • Fold and pack umbrellas in the evenings.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Report suspicious activities and hazardous conditions immediately.
  • Maintain safety in work areas at all times.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings and perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment.
  • Confident and proficient in English communication.
