Job description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to advance their careers.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit is memorable. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Performing all tasks related to serving food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards.
2. Greeting and seating customers, serving them professionally, discreetly, and personally.
3. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
4. Monitoring the quality of food and beverages served.
5. Maintaining good customer relations and addressing complaints or queries satisfactorily.
6. Upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards and maintaining service equipment.
7. Preparing for service, including mise-en-place and mise-en-scène, before, during, and after service.
8. Minimizing wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
9. Using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, with previous experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Good command of English and strong guest service and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge & Competencies:

• Passion for people and service, with a positive, pleasant attitude.
