Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel’s performance standards.
2. Greet and seat customers, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
3. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
4. Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
5. Practice good customer relations, attending to complaints and queries satisfactorily.
6. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensure proper upkeep of all service equipment.
7. Prepare all service elements before, during, and after service (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
8. Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
9. Use up-selling techniques actively to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
