Waiter (Middle Eastern Cuisine)

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
2. Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and offer recommendations when appropriate.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
4. Serve food and drinks in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
5. Ensure tables are properly set and clean before and after each guest.
6. Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to any additional requests or issues.
7. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Shift Timings: 9PM - 6AM

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a waiter in Dubai or within the UAE.
2. Must have knowledge of Arabic menu, international menu, or Mediterranean menu.
3. Strong communication skills in English are a must.
4. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
5. Well-groomed, presentable, and professional at all times.
6. Friendly, approachable, and guest-oriented with a confident demeanor.
