Job Description

A Waiter/ess at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers Hotel is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while having extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

What will I be doing?

As a Waiter/ess, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will need to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Your tasks include:

• Managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing and liquor regulations for residents and non-residents
• Ensuring knowledge of menu and all products
• Maintaining well-stocked mise-en-place at all floor stations
• Following correct reporting procedures if faced with issues
• Ensuring Food and Beverage orders meet high standards and are delivered promptly
• Practicing Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
