Job Summary :

The Waiter position in Shangri-la Jeddah is more than the regular duties of greeting and serving the guests but dazzling and delighting the guests by creating memorable experience by living the Shangri-la Standards.

As a Waiter, we rely on you to :

• Support the daily banquet operation and works closely with events team.
• Assist in weddings and Events.
• Handle business center reception.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Ensure the smooth banquet operation and maintains high quality service standards
• Consistently looks for ways to enhance guest satisfaction
• Follow the Shangri-la Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
• Assist the supervisor in ensuring smooth operations.
