• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Explain menu items and make beverage recommendations when requested.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, counters, and service areas.
• Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment according to procedures.
