Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking a professional Waiter in the UAE to deliver exceptional dining experiences and uphold hospitality standards. The role focuses on greeting guests, taking orders, serving promptly, and ensuring accuracy of bills while maintaining a clean dining area.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year in food and beverage service, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Freshers may be considered based on attitude and grooming; prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Service Staff in a restaurant or hotel (freshers may be considered based on attitude and grooming).
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly.
• Ensure food is served according to restaurant standards for presentation and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area including tables chairs and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide recommendations to guests when required and answer queries about menu items.
• Process bills handle payments and ensure accurate cash transactions.
• Follow hygiene safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Manage multiple tables and maintain excellent customer service during peak hours.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and eliminate when necessary.
