Role Description:

The Waiter role is a full-time, on-site position based at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. The Waiter ensures tables are set, clean, and organized, and supports overall restaurant cleanliness and preparation. Daily tasks include answering guest questions, suggesting menu items and pairings, handling bills and payments, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver a smooth service experience. The role also involves adhering to food safety and hygiene standards and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
