Job Responsibilities

As a Waiter your duties will include:

1. Taking orders from customers
2. Serving food and drinks
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
4. Providing helpful customer service advice
5. Keeping accurate records of orders taken and payments made
6. Setting tables for customers before their arrival
7. Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant area

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should be friendly with excellent customer service skills. You should be able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of food products and menu items. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role; plus experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not necessary.
