Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior technology leader to shape the Asset Management digital strategy and technology roadmap. You will identify growth opportunities across core asset management systems, data platforms, and digital operations, partnering with business lines to deliver impact.

You will act as a change agent, advising leadership on trends, and help develop IT and data policies and procedures to strengthen FAB AM's tech and data foundations.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management tech stacks (e.g., PMS) and data platforms.
• Experience implementing analytics and AI in asset management.
• Strong data governance and data quality expertise.
• Ability to develop and implement IT and data policies.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital/tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and technological solutions across core Asset Management systems, data platforms, and digital operations.
• Develop tech, digital and data strategy / road map and ensure its implementation within FAB Asset Management.
• Act as change agent in FAB Asset Management’s digital ambitions, proactively advising leadership on relevant trends.
• Develop IT and Data policies and procedures.
