Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) Asset Management seeks a client servicing professional to act as the primary contact for FAB AM clients, managing day-to-day inquiries and ensuring delivery of a high standard of service across all touchpoints.

You will coordinate onboarding, account maintenance, and reporting, collaborating with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Operations to resolve requests and ensure SLAs are consistently met, while monitoring satisfaction metrics and upholding FAB AM
