Overview

This role sits at the intersection of traditional financial markets and emerging digital asset products, offering the opportunity to expand institutional adoption in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard institutional and high-net-worth clients in the UAE.
  • Build and deepen long-term relationships by delivering tailored solutions in spot trading, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and relationship strategy at a senior level.
  • Gather client and market intelligence to influence product roadmap and growth initiatives.
  • Map out and expand client footprint across priority segments.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and execute business development strategies.
  • Ensure seamless client experience across sales and after-sales touchpoints.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall sales team development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial markets, preferably across sales & trading, wealth management, or payments.
  • Existing client relationships in the institutional or high-net-worth space.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets and scaling a client franchise.
  • Prior exposure to digital assets or crypto-linked products is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic (good to have) and English.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive long-term client growth initiatives.
