Our client is a leading player in the retail industry, known for its innovation, global presence, and rapid growth. As part of their strategic expansion, we are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and drive the company's commercial performance at both national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy to support the company’s growth across national and international markets.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales managers, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Drive market expansion strategies and explore new market segments to boost business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment in executing commercial strategies.
  • Oversee the management of key accounts , fostering strong relationships with strategic partners.
  • Analyze sales performance , identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Optimize sales processes , ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Monitor competitive activity and stay up-to-date with retail market trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.

Candidate Profile :

  • Experience : You have at least 10 years of experience in sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position, ideally within the retail sector or a related industry.
  • Management Skills : Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Leadership : Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Results-Driven : A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Strategic Vision : Ability to anticipate retail market trends and implement strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills : Expertise in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key partners.
  • Languages : Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
