Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the sales strategy to support the company’s growth across national and international markets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales managers, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Drive market expansion strategies and explore new market segments to boost business growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment in executing commercial strategies.
- Oversee the management of key accounts , fostering strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Analyze sales performance , identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Optimize sales processes , ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Monitor competitive activity and stay up-to-date with retail market trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience : You have at least 10 years of experience in sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position, ideally within the retail sector or a related industry.
- Management Skills : Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Leadership : Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Results-Driven : A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a growth-oriented environment.
- Strategic Vision : Ability to anticipate retail market trends and implement strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills : Expertise in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key partners.
- Languages : Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
