Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implementthe sales strategy to support the company’s growth across national and international markets.
  • Manage and leada team of sales managers, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Drive market expansionstrategies and explore new market segments to boost business growth.
  • Collaborate closelywith marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment in executing commercial strategies.
  • Oversee the management of key accounts, fostering strong relationships with strategic partners.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Monitor competitive activityand stay up-to-date with retail market trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: You have at least 10 years of experience in sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position, ideally within the retail sector or a related industry.
  • Management Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate retail market trends and implement strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Expertise in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key partners.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
