Job description

Job Purpose:

  • The main objective of the role is to build and enhance the personal loans product to provide a seamless experience to our customers. Identify opportunities within the portfolio as well as acquisition to create a sustainable personal loans business.
  • Regularly track and monitor different segments of the customer base for profitability and portfolio health.
  • Continuously work on improving product propositions and processes.
  • Develop and implement various acquisition strategies targeting specific customer segments.
  • Facilitate campaigns to drive loan growth while maintaining required product margins.
  • Benchmark against competitors regularly and identify best practices worldwide.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of product and portfolio performance, recommending areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Continuously develop products in line with market trends.
  • Innovate product offerings based on best practices across markets.
  • Engage in regular benchmarking of competitors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as distribution and credit operations to improve policies and processes.

Portfolio Management:

  • Monitor key portfolio KPIs: ENR, NIM, COR, GII, FTP, etc.
  • Align campaigns with customer needs and ensure profitability.
  • Seek continuous improvements in acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate the delivery of product campaigns aligned with the annual calendar and business growth initiatives.

Process Improvement and Digital Enablement:

  • Partner with consumer banking and Customer Experience teams on process improvements and transformation initiatives.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to deploy onboarding and customer engagement solutions, including acquisition journeys and digital banking services.
  • Ensure marketing communications effectively convey value propositions to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree in the same fields is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and/or consumer banking products, with at least 7 years in a similar role.
