Mashreq Bank seeks a VP, Senior Infrastructure Portfolio Management to lead the strategic planning, governance and delivery of the bank's infrastructure investments in the UAE.

You will manage an annual CAPEX portfolio of AED 150–200M and an OPEX budget of about AED 300M, supervise 10 direct reports (primarily external vendors), and collaborate with TMO, Finance and Infrastructure teams to ensure projects are structured, funded, tracked and governed.
